We encourage you to visit the Job Search page on our website as job openings are updated in real time, and new positions are added frequently.

Here's how the process works:

  1. Browse Our Website for Current Job Openings

    You can search for current opportunities by location or keyword on the Job Search page. If you have applied through our system in the past, you may apply for additional positions by going to the Job Search page and accessing your existing profile. You also can update your profile at any time, as well as view your application status.

  2. Apply for a Position

    Click on the “Apply” button at the bottom of the position description. After submitting your online application, a screen will appear that indicates your information has been received. A member of our recruiting team will review your resume and qualifications and contact you if there is interest in moving forward in the recruiting process.

    If you do not see a position posted that meets your current interests, you still may submit your information as a “general application” in the Search Openings section, to be considered for future opportunities. Your information will remain accessible to our recruiting team members so they may consider you when seeking to fill positions in the future.

  3. Selection for an Interview

    Should you be selected for an interview, a member of our recruiting team will contact you and review the specifics of the interview process. The interview process is an opportunity for you to learn more about FTI Consulting — our work, our people, and how our firm surmounts challenges and seizes opportunities across industries around the globe. The interview process is also an opportunity for us to learn about your experience and skills, as well as how you would like to grow and develop in your career.

    The interview type, number of interviews and timing of interviews vary by position. A member of our recruiting team will keep you apprised of your status throughout the recruiting process.

  4. Reference Check

    As you approach the final stages of the recruiting process, we may ask to contact your professional references. Our recruiting team will notify you prior to doing so.

  5. Receiving an Offer

    At this final stage of the recruiting process, you will be presented with an electronic letter specifying the terms of your offer. You also will be asked to complete a background check application. After this is processed with successful results, we will work with you to determine a start date and complete the rest of the onboarding process.
