Brush Up on Current Events
Our consultants will be looking at how knowledgeable you are about what is happening in the world.
First Round Interviews
Interviews are held on campus, where you will meet with an FTI Consulting representative, typically at the Director level or above. The interview will last between 30 and 60 minutes. We utilize a combination of behavioral-based and traditional interview questions.
Second Round Interviews
These interviews generally take place in an FTI Consulting office. You will meet with three to six of our professionals and likely will be asked more technical or case-related questions. Office interviews likely will incorporate a networking event — lunch, dinner or other gathering — giving you the opportunity to really get to know our people and our firm. Make sure you conduct research beforehand on the group with whom you will be meeting so you can come prepared with questions.
Receiving an Offer
If we decide to make you an offer, it typically will be extended in writing within two weeks of your second round interview. If you accept, we will work with you to determine a convenient start date and help with your transition.
