As general counsel of FTI Consulting, Eric Miller manages all aspects of the firm’s legal function, including acquisitions, capital markets transactions and litigation. As chief risk officer, Mr. Miller oversees all aspects of FTI’s governance, risk and compliance functions.
Experience
Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2006, Mr. Miller was a partner at the law firm of DLA Piper for 11 years, specializing in corporate restructuring and reorganization and transactions involving distressed companies.
