Joanne Catanese joined FTI in January 2004 as our Associate General Counsel and assumed the position of corporate Secretary later that year.
Experience
Starting in 2002 to 2003, Ms. Catanese was General Counsel of Bengur Bryan & Co., a regional investing banking firm. Starting in 2003 to January 2004, Ms. Catanese was Counsel to the law firm of Gohn, Hankey & Stichel, LLP. Ms. Catanese was Counsel of Wilmer Cutler & Pickering starting in 1996 until leaving in 2002, where she specialized in securities and merger and acquisition transactions and general corporate matters.
