Stéphanie Bia is senior vice president and head of capital markets in the FTI Consulting Strategic Communications practice and is based in Paris. Since joining FTI Consulting in April 2009, she has advised listed companies such as Saft, Safran, Ipsen, Valeoand Wendelon their investor relations and financial communications, as well as market operations (Axel Springer bid on seloger.com, Rusal IPO).
Experience
With a 8 years experience as Investor Relations Officer for NYSE-Euronext, Stéphaniehas extensive knowledge of investor and analyst relations in addition to the publication of results. Stephanie was also in charge of communications for many financial operations: IPOs, M&As, spin-offs and delisting.
Previously, Stéphanieheld various positions at Euronext. She was part of the Management Control and budget team where she was in charge of budgeting and reporting and involved in the various mergers and acquisitions. Before that, Stephanie was in charge of competition benchmarking and tariff studies for the Paris Stock Exchange.
Stephanie graduated with a Post-Master degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economy from Toulouse School of Economics, and also holds an Executive M.B.A from the leading European business school HEC.
