As an intern, you will have a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience by working for FTI Consulting as a member of a project team. Our teams are smaller than in most other consultancy firms so you will be working closely with our professionals and gaining from their experience and expertise. At the same time, you will have your own mentor or performance manager to help you identify your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Regular meetings throughout the summer will provide invaluable feedback on your progress and advice on the areas that need attention .
To give you a broader understanding of FTI Consulting and the work we do in all our service areas, there will be weekly informational sessions led by a variety of FTI Consulting experts.
The Summer Intern Conference
The Summer Internship program culminates in a conference bringing together interns from our various offices. Taking the theme of successful collaboration as the main thread, instructor-led exercises will equip you with invaluable skills in team building, critical thinking, creativity, leadership, accountability and effective communication.
