Mr. Jones works collaboratively with the leadership of the Health Solutions practice of FTI Consulting to ensure that key Human Capital goals are set and achieved on an annual basis. His notable achievements include: Human Capital dashboard reporting on a quarterly basis, establishment of a formal training curriculum including a blend of corporate training and tailored healthcare content.
Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Jones’ notable accomplishments included assisting in the design and implementation of a global organization redesign for Accenture, which reestablished employee engagement and lowered turnover during a time of significant growth. In addition, Mr. Jones played an integral role in helping Stockamp & Associates triple in size and effectively position itself for acquisition in the healthcare consulting marketplace. Key to the success of these efforts was his ability to transition the organization to multi-year talent planning. Through a multi-year approach, Stockamp was positioned to manage growth and appropriately match staff resources to client demands.
Mr. Jones holds a B.S. in business education from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. He is a certified senior professional in human resources and he is member of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Human Capital Institute.
