Jeff Forman is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Atlanta. Mr. Forman is in the Performance Improvement practice in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

He has more than 25 years of experience in industry and consulting, leading strategic, financial and performance improvement programs for companies that drive profitable growth. He leads commercial excellence for the Performance Improvement team, including strategy, sales and marketing effectiveness and profitability analytics.

Mr. Forman has delivered significant value creating programs at corporate and unit levels as well as across functions and industries. His expertise includes business strategy, performance measurement and management, customer and product profitability, sales force effectiveness, customer experience and loyalty, customer acquisition and retention analytics and SG&A cost reduction programs. In addition, he has held interim management positions in sales and operations.

Mr. Forman has led numerous transformational programs in the retail, chemicals, business services and consumer products sectors. He has addressed many issues, including business strategy, sales and marketing efficiency and effectiveness, product portfolio management, customer and product profitability, customer acquisition and retention and process improvement. He also led numerous business turnaround programs across industries, including both revenue growth and cost reduction initiatives.

He has led customer experience transformation and loyalty programs involving detailed current state process documentation, future state model development and execution. He also led sales force effectiveness design and implementation programs in the retail, chemicals, media and consumer products industries. Mr. Forman developed go-to-market approaches, identified key partnerships, restructured sales organizations and improved sales effectiveness.

Mr. Forman led multiple customer and product profitability programs for clients across a number of industries. He has led many customer segmentation, acquisition, cross-sell and retention programs. Mr. Forman also led SKU rationalization programs in multiple industries, including retail, life sciences and consumer products.
