Jeff Vincequere is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Boston, MA.  He is in the Health Solutions practice in the Revenue Integrity segment. Mr. Vincequere has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare consulting, specializing in revenue cycle assessments, CDM pricing and project management.  Mr. Vincequere oversees multiple Revenue Integrity work streams on many of FTI’s large performance improvement projects.

Most recently, Mr. Vincequere has been overseeing a national hospital CDM strategic pricing practice generating upwards of five million dollars annually.  Tasks involved with running this practice consist of: managing a 5-8 member staff, technical review and management of ongoing projects, overseeing the upgrade/enhancement to the strategic pricing software tool, developing a reconciliation process and client reporting mechanism, developing and maintaining client relationships, marketing and sales.  This strategic pricing service offering allowed providers to benchmark their charges against both their competitor’s charges and the provider’s internal costs.  Based upon the results of this benchmarking analysis, pricing scenarios would be run adjusting charges bringing those more in line with both the market and cost while also enhancing incremental net revenues.

Mr. Vincequere has also recently been involved with developing a managed care service offering. This service offering consists of  assessing the current state of managed care operations and the existing executed agreements; assisting providers in identifying executable improvement opportunities; and providing implementation assistance throughout the remediation and improvement process. 

Mr. Vincequere has been responsible for developing Return on Investment analyses related to innovative health technologies being introduced into the market.  Such technologies include CPOE, state-wide healthcare information exchange (HIE), and Tele-Medicine.

Prior joining FTI, Mr. Vincequere worked at a Big Four consulting firm working in both for-profit and non-profit environments. Mr. Vincequere’s experience consists of but not limited to all facets of the Revenue Cycle including: Comprehensive Revenue Cycle assessments and improvements; Revenue Cycle redesigns and implementations; CDM Pricing assessments and Strategic Pricing implementations, Managed Care Contract assessments; ROI analyses involving innovative health technologies; Decision Support System implementation assistance and cost accounting RVU development; Hospital Service Line Profitability analyses; Strategic planning; CDI (coding and documentation), ICD-10 assessments and incremental net revenue enhancement strategies.

Mr. Vincequere holds a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A. from Clark University.
