About Josie
Josie Corbett is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting based in London. Ms. Corbett works in the Strategic Communications segment and heads the Retail, Leisure and Consumer Industries practice.
Ms. Corbett specializes in enhancing and protecting corporate reputations within the retail, leisure and consumer goods sectors. Her areas of expertise include reputation management, thought leadership, media and stakeholder relations, purpose and narrative positioning, financial communications, M&A, IPO and issues and crisis management. From large multinationals to unlisted domestic players, Ms. Corbett’s clients have included Unilever, Fever-Tree, MSC Cruises, AEG, Saga, Kingfisher, Hobbs, HMV, Moleskine, SkyBet and the Tata Group.
Ms. Corbett pioneered the FTI Consulting annual Retail Barometer, a research tool that takes the temperature of the retail sector and assesses consumer, media and city sentiment toward the world’s leading retail brands. She established the FTI Consulting Corporate Brand & Purpose Positioning Workshops and advised on a range of recent UK retail and leisure IPOs.
Ms. Corbett began her career in the Crisis Communications practice at Financial Dynamics, followed by stints in its respective Corporate and Private Equity practices. She earned a Certificate in Net-Zero Business & Climate Change at the University of Cambridge’s Sustainability Institute.
