About Mark
Mark S. Bartlett joined the Board of Directors of FTI Consulting, Inc. in January 2015 and serves as a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Bartlett enjoyed a 40-year career with Ernst & Young LLP (“EY”) prior to retiring as a Partner in 2012. Mr. Bartlett joined EY in 1972 and served as a Managing Partner of the firm’s Baltimore office and as Senior Client Service Partner for the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Bartlett is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive experience in financial services, as well as other industries.
Mr. Bartlett serves on the Board of Directors of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., where he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Compensation and Management Development Committee. Mr. Bartlett also serves on the Board of Directors of WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp., where he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Additionally, Mr. Bartlett serves as the Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation, where he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Bartlett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from West Virginia University.
