Scott Corzine is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting, based in the Times Square office in New York City. He co-heads the Risk Management practice, a unit of the Global Insurance Services practice in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment. Mr. Corzine is considered an expert in operational resilience and recovery, governance, compliance and risk management.
For the past 12 years, Mr. Corzine has provided resiliency assessment and planning solutions to large and mid-market private sector organizations and public sector entities concerned with compliance, governance, operational risks, disruptions and crises – including their emergency and crisis management, business continuity, IT disaster recovery, and cybersecurity strategies.
Mr. Corzine was co-founder and Principal of Risk Solutions International (RSI), a leading operational risk management technology, consulting and advisory firm. RSI was acquired by FTI Consulting in 2013, and now operates as the company’s Risk Management Practice. Mr. Corzine leads teams of professionals that works with clients across the U.S. and overseas for Fortune 500 and mid-market companies in numerous industry sectors, airports, institutions of higher education, large public school districts, federal and state government agencies, and not-for-profits.

Mr. Corzine is sought after to facilitate and participate on cybersecurity panels in the insurance, legal, and dispute sectors. He leads workshops for public agencies like FEMA on the subject of small business recovery.
After the Sandy Hook tragedy, Mr. Corzine provided testimony on K-12 security to the Joint School Safety Subcommittee/School Safety Task Force of the Connecticut Legislature and its Higher Education & Employment Advancement Committee.
Over his 37 year career, Mr. Corzine was President and Chief Executive Officer of Design2Launch, Inc. He was Principal of Strategic Alternatives, LLC, a consultancy with engagements in wireless and online services, network optimization, storage technology, gaming and voice authentication biometrics. Mr. Corzine held senior business development positions with InteliData Technologies Corporation, Broadcast Data Systems, Prodigy, CUC International and WestPoint Pepperell.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an Honors MBA in International Marketing from Pace University in New York City. As a specialty services member of Brokerslink, Mr. Corzine provides risk management services to insurance brokers from over 90 countries.
