Mr. Mohr is a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting’s Construction Services practice. Todd has more than 28 years of construction industry experience in planning, design, procurement, construction, management and dispute resolution of large complex construction projects. He has created significant value for clients through revenue growth, cost reduction, improved operational efficiency, risk mitigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Mohr is an experienced expert witness providing testimony in the areas of procurement, contract management, schedule delay, and quantification of financial damages.

For FTI Consulting, Mr. Mohr leads FTI’s Construction Services practice in the Rocky Mountain U.S. and Western Canada working on projects across numerous industry segments including: Power Generation & Transmission; Energy, Oil & Gas; Healthcare; Building Construction; Infrastructure and Highway; and Miscellaneous Other Project Types

Before joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Mohr served as Western Regional Director for a nationally recognized professional services firm. He also served as a senior member of the Real Estate & Construction Services Practice for one of the “Big 4” accounting firms. During his tenure, Todd was responsible for implementing and “rolling out” the Project Risk Management (PRM) and the Construction Advisory Services business lines. In addition, he was the Construction Practice Leader for the State of Colorado (the mid-Atlantic U.S. while with the “Big 4”). In these capacities, Mr. Mohr provided strategic planning, capital program consulting, project oversight, risk assessment & management, cost engineering, scheduling, project controls, cost analysis/ auditing, productivity studies, and dispute resolution services to clients, sureties, lenders and their counsel involved with large capital building programs and development projects. Mr. Mohr has previously worked for global EPC firms such as Bechtel Corporation, Stone & Webster (now part of CB&I), and ICF Kaiser.

Mr. Mohr has published articles and written white papers on a variety of topics such as project risk management throughout the project lifecycle and best practices in procurement and regularly serves as a featured speaker/ presenter with the American Bar Association Construction Forum and the Canadian Institute and lectures at Colorado State University to the School of Construction Management.
