The company services team advises clients on liquidity management, working capital initiatives, financial projections, contingency planning, asset sales, and capital structure modifications. We help develop and implement turnaround plans to address operational and financial issues, either in an advisory capacity or as interim management. In all cases, our experts leverage the credibility that FTI Consulting has earned with key creditor constituencies.
Creditor Rights
The creditor rights team maximizes recovery for unsecured creditors of distressed companies. We monitor short-term liquidity, operations and the business plan and assist in developing the plan of reorganization. We also assess the value of the assets and of the enterprise and can aid in the sale of divisions or the entire company.

Monitoring Services
For companies that are planning or already have completed a transaction or have a market position that substantially lessens competition, FTI Consulting can act as monitoring trustee. When a competition authority’s investigation requires parties to maintain the two businesses as viable, standalone businesses pending the outcome of the investigation, we can provide the monitoring authority and, in some circumstances, manage required divestitures.
