  • Anticipating legislative and legal change to determine compliance and other impacts for employment policies, processes and best practice
  • Training, coaching and enabling HR practitioners, business leaders and line managers to embed legal compliance and employment best practice
  • Reviewing and developing employee relations locally and internationally
  • Engaging effectively with trade unions, works councils and staff representative organizations
