He has extensive experience in litigation consulting engagements, where he has handled complex data and cost analysis and settlement strategies for environmental, asbestos, pollution and health hazard insurance claims. He has knowledge performing detailed financial analysis for litigation support, including extensive document and data discovery and management. He has experience in general bankruptcy administration and developing expert reports related to liability assessment and claims process. Mr. Turner has significant experience in information technology consulting, cost benefit analysis for business critical information flow, benchmarking, metric development and analysis, and analytical processes. Mr. Turner also has engagement management experience including interacting with and maintaining client relationships, billing and collecting, developing work plans, supervising and training senior and staff consultants and managing and meeting all engagement deadlines and budgets. Mr. Turner has for the past eight years trained professionals in areas of insurance allocation theory, damage calculation, economic and financial modeling, and successful engagement management.
Prior to joining FTI, Mr. Turner managed dispute advisory services at Arthur Andersen LLP, and information technology and process improvement consulting at Capital One Financial.
Mr. Turner is currently a candidate for his Masters of Science in Management Information Technology and holds a B.S. in commerce with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from The University of Virginia, and is a member of the American Records Management Association (ARMA).
