The goal of jury research and trial consulting services is to assist attorneys in preparing the most effective presentation of case evidence and arguments. The Trial Services professionals at FTI offer extensive litigation support services – we provide attorneys and their clients with an advance look at how jurors resolve case issues and devise strategic recommendations to address problems uncovered during jury research.
Working hand in hand with the litigation team as well as FTI trial technology and visual communications experts, our jury consultants conduct research at the trial venue ranging from focus groups and mock trials to community attitude and other surveys to help determine the best approach to presenting the case. Our established professionals hold graduate degrees in the behavioral sciences or business and apply the research methods and statistical analyses of their professions to litigation problems.
