Interviews with jurors at the conclusion of a trial provide valuable insights into the decision-making process of the jurors and their reactions to evidence and witnesses. The FTI Trial Services team conducts post-trial interviews to increase the client’s understanding of the verdict delivered by the jury.
Post-trial interviews are especially helpful if the client anticipates similar lawsuits. Interviews are typically conducted by telephone within a couple of weeks of the verdict. The trial team must provide jurors' full names and telephone numbers to FTI as well as a list of all trial participants and a summary of case issues and arguments.
