Our consultants analyze the courtroom and the designated war room space at a hotel, leased office space or local counsel’s office to determine electrical capability, communications links, security and storage possibilities, and networking and presentation requirements. This allows us to provide a precise equipment recommendation and quotation for your courtroom presentation and ensure an optimal configuration.
The FTI courtroom presentation and site design services take into consideration the desires of counsel and the needs of the court and jury. Detailed planning begins weeks prior to trial to provide optimal sight lines and clear audio coverage as well as personalized tools to suit the needs of counsel. Separate monitors are often provided for the court, witness and all counsel. We also pay careful attention to security issues and closely coordinate them many days before trial.
