With more than 12 years of experience, Ms. Lerin assists clients by providing a variety of forensic, investigative and intelligence services, including internal investigations, financial fraud, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, FCPA Audits, SOX implementation, internal control services on behalf a variety of companies and countries.
