FTI-BOLD Continues Investment in the Netherlands Transformation Market by Adding Managing Director

Managing Director and Team of Three Will Join FTI-BOLD, Supporting the Netherlands Team’s Ambitions to Further Extend Its Transformation Practice

LONDON, 7 March 2022 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) announced the appointment of Paul Stoop as a Managing Director to FTI-BOLD as part of its continued investment in the Netherlands following FTI Consulting’s recent acquisition of BOLD. Alongside Mr. Stoop will join a team of three, comprising a director and two consultants. All four are focussed on strategy consulting and join from Ballentine Tax & Legal B.V.

FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm with more than 6,700 employees worldwide, acquired BOLD, a leading transactions, transformation, turnarounds and digital firm, in February 2022. The transaction was part of FTI Consulting’s continued focus on investment and growth in Continental Europe.
