Alexandra Priola focuses on strategic communications as it relates to organizational effectiveness and human capital engagement. She has significant experience developing and managing projects in the areas of employee engagement, strategic change enablement and organizational alignment, and she has developed many tools and resources designed to identify and reinforce the key drivers that attract, engage, and retain talent and shape high-performing cultures.
Ms. Priola often partners with organizations to help them prepare for, manage through and stabilize from significant change, such as organizational and functional transformations, events and transactions, and strategy changes. She partners closely with her clients to understand the organization and collaborate to help “connect the dots” for employees to drive business results. She has experience across a number of industries, particularly Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy, and Industrials.
Ms. Priola maintains a passion for all aspects of organizational enablement and has played a significant role in the development of the practice’s Organizational Culture, Functional Design, Employee Value Proposition, Employee Ambassador and Future of Work capabilities and offerings.
Ms. Priola also brings experience in the areas of transactional and crisis/issues communications, reputation management and executive positioning, providing support for a number of external and internal client programs and change situations, such as divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, reductions in force, litigation situations and executive transitions.
Ms. Priola graduated from Miami University in Oxford, O.H. where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Farmer School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the College of Arts & Science. In December 2019, she was named PRNEWS’ Internal Communicator of the Year. She holds a certification in change management from Prosci®.
