Andrew Bantock has more than 30 years' experience as a leader of significant listed, private and government businesses, with an acknowledged track record in business improvement, strategy, corporate finance and commercial management.

With an established Australian and international profile at senior executive level, and as a business turnaround professional, Andrew has floated, operated and advised ASX, TSX and NZSE companies and is one of the few Australians to have successfully operated as Chief Restructuring Officer of multiple listed companies.

Andrew has extensive experience in sectors such as mining and resources, infrastructure, engineering design and construction, and public utilities. As an executive and as a strategic advisor, Andrew has helped to both save and improve companies, applying his deep understanding of resources and infrastructure projects from an owner, contractor and operator perspective.
