Celia Heffernan is a specialist in digital and social media strategy and engagement, with over a decade of experience in social media management, governance and digital content production.
Celia is skilled in social media strategy, online content analysis, content creation, user experience, podcasting, the mobile experience, e-publishing and search engine optimisation.
Celia’s most recent projects include development of social media strategies, content strategies, social media implementation, policy and governance and website design and creation for large ASX-listed corporations. She has also designed and built websites and associated digital media channel strategies for advocacy campaigns.
Prior to her work at FTI Consulting, Celia played a key role in developing the internationally award-winning School A to Z digital community for the NSW Government which included mobile apps, an interactive website and social media sites.
