Chas Harvick has more than 20 years of financial experience advising companies, lenders, unsecured creditors and equity holders. Mr. Harvick has an extensive background providing financial and strategic solutions in a variety of restructuring and underperformance situations. His advisory services include assisting senior management teams and various stakeholders in developing, evaluating and implementing financial strategies, revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
Mr. Harvick has extensive experience in the review and assessment of business plans and financial models, preparation of financial projections, financial analysis, cash and working capital management, asset management and disposition, claims analysis, vendor relations and bankruptcy management. He has developed and implemented turnaround plans including debt restructurings both in and out of court. Mr. Harvick has also advised on the wind-down of estates and served as a plan agent to oversee post confirmation matters for unsecured creditors.
Mr. Harvick has provided advisory services for clients across diverse industries, including real estate, retail, restaurants, manufacturing, transportation, software and services, sub-prime lending and financial services. Mr. Harvick has provided extensive services to businesses and law firms involving complex claims and events in a variety of areas, including damage analysis, settlement claims administration, financial and forensic issues, and dispute and litigation matters.
Mr. Harvick is a Certified Turnaround Professional and serves on the Board for the Turnaround Management Association-Arizona Chapter. He also served as a Board and Executive Committee member of Special Olympics Arizona.
