Connie Chan

Connie Chan has more than 25 years of value creation experience from industry and consulting across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Products, Telecom, Media & Technology (“TMT”) and Manufacturing. She works with senior executives, board members and financial stakeholders on performance turnarounds, cost optimisations and operating model redesign, often in situations of extreme pressure.

Connie has significant experience in the planning and implementation of global change and restructuring programmes, with a focus on EBITDA improvement, organisational design and digital transformation.

Throughout Connie’s banking career, she has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Germany and the UK. She is fluent in English, German and Chinese.

Connie has been named in the FTSE 100 Women to Watch 2021 – 100 leading female professionals who are ideally suited as non-executive directions (NEDs) on the boards of FTSE 350 companies.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Connie worked for AlixPartners, following 15 years with Deutsche Bank, where she held leadership roles in IT, operations and group strategy. Earlier in her career, Connie worked at Legion Telecommunications in Germany and the Internal Audit Office of the Hong Kong government.
