Garth McComb

Garth McComb is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 25 years of post-graduate experience, predominantly in Asia, in the cost and contract management of numerous construction projects. Garth has experience of presenting, debating, and negotiating a range of claim issues at mediation, in the preparation of witness statements, and giving evidence at hearings in matters of arbitration and litigation.

Garth has broad experience in quantity surveying, dispute management, dispute resolution and litigation support across a wide variety of projects and sectors. He has worked on numerous standard and bespoke forms of contract.

Garth's recent assignments have involved quantum and delay analysis and dispute management for arbitrations and matters in litigation, as well as providing commercial and contract management services.

Garth has considerable experience in the preparation, defence, negotiation and settlement of contractual claims. He has worked across multiple sectors including but not limited to Power, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Building and Rail.

Garth is also an RICS ACRE Accredited Mediator and AIAC Accredited Adjudicator.
