James Church-Morley

James Church-Morley is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Economic and Financial Consulting practice, based in Dubai. James has over 11 years of professional experience as an accountant. He specialises in the assessment of damages in litigation and international arbitration, and in performing valuations of both businesses and shares in commercial and contentious contexts. James has been instructed, and has provided oral evidence in DIAC proceedings.

James is listed as a 'Future Leader' in Who's Who Legal's 2023 survey of arbitration expert witnesses. James is described as "a good communicator, being both personable and responsive", who is "good at highlighting both the strengths and weaknesses of various approaches to quantum issues", and "effective at building confidence and trust with the legal teams he works with".

James was a member of the drafting committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' 'Guidelines for Witness Conferencing in International Arbitration'. James is also an ADR Center Accredited Mediator.
