Josh Cameron

Josh Cameron is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting. He is a member of the Public Affairs team within the Strategic Communications Practice based in London.

Josh is an experienced advocate, strategic adviser and public policy expert. He worked as in-house lawyer and senior political adviser to the New Zealand Prime Minister where he focused on trade and investment policy. After moving to London, Josh became an adviser to the UK Government before joining FTI Consulting in 2017.

Josh works with clients in a range of sectors including asset management, insurance, telecommunications and the defence industry. He has extensive experience helping clients manage periods of intense political, and regulatory scrutiny.

Josh also supports FTI Consulting’s litigation communications work and provides expert analysis and advocacy for clients seeking to influence international trade policy.

Josh holds Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington and is an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the New Zealand High Court.
