Mark Davies

Mark Davies works with Private Equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), value creation and performance improvement opportunities in technology-centric sectors including TMT, financial services, aerospace and defense, oil & gas, energy and utilities.

Mark has worked with a broad range of national and international organizations in a 25-year career advising clients on strategy, transformation and transactions. He has deep experience of leading large-scale technology-enabled transformation initiatives, design and implementation of operating models, and development of technology systems and services.

Mark holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering from University College London, and a master’s degree in business administration from Warwick Business School, with concentrations in strategy, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
