Petra de Wild

During her career, Petra has been exposed to hands-on operational work such as Program Management and as Corporate Counsel. Moreover, she has been strategic partner to the board of directors, management teams and stakeholders during M&A processes and claim handlings.

Petra is experienced with identifying problems, quickly spotting relevant patterns and issues, and obtaining alternative ways to proceed where needed. This, in combination with her ability to translate ideas into execution, ensures that problems can be solved in any timeframe.

Before joining BOLD, which FTI Consulting recently acquired, Petra worked as Chief Legal Officer at a software company that was sold to OpenText.
