Philipp Oemler

Philipp Oemler joined FTI-Andersch in 2016 and is a specialist in restructuring, cost optimisation, operational due diligence and performance improvement. He advises organisations in identifying cost and performance improvement opportunities (e.g. procurement, production, supply chain and overhead cost optimisation) to increase their financial and operational performance. He also creates and implements full potential corporate improvement programmes, develops business plans, and is experienced in cash management.

Following Philipp's business studies, he worked for five years at a Big Four accounting firm in the Business Recovery Service division where he was involved in setting up the Operational Restructuring and Implementation Management unit. Philipp holds the title of Lean Expert in Production. Formerly, he worked for five years in the logistics industry in Germany (transport planning and supply chain optimisation) and the Czech Republic (performance improvement of the Czech branch).

Philipp supported and led multiple engagements across various industries, including automotive, engineering, industrial products and transportation.

Philipp studied logistics (business administration) at the German Foreign Trade and Transport Academy in Bremen and economics at the universities of Paderborn (Bachelor of Science), Münster, and Virginia Tech (Master of Science), Blacksburg (U.S.).
