About Rob
Rob Raymond specializes in corporate real estate strategy for both occupiers and investors. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry including portfolio strategy, real estate operating model and organizational structure, property management, facilities management, financial planning & analysis, process design and benchmarking.
Additionally, Rob has a track record of successfully delivering and leading strategic real estate & facilities consulting services for Fortune 500 organizations. Rob began his consulting career in the wake of the financial crisis in 2009 and as such, has developed a unique skillset and perspective towards strategically positioning real estate and workplaces to their most efficient and cost-effective values.
Rob's previous projects have focused on supporting clients through standing up and developing processes for global real estate organizations, implementation of global portfolio and workplace strategies, optimization of real estate assets, and providing location strategy and site selection advisory for HQs and shared service centers. A significant portion of this experience has been with global organizations occupying several million square feet of space, including Europe, Asia and South America.

- Global Technology Company - Post-merger integration comprising a real estate footprint of 32M sq. ft. spanning 19 countries. Designed a singular RE&FM organization with 65 defined and documented processes. Implemented a strategic roadmap to optimize space and operations to achieve a 20% to 30% reduction in real estate & facilities spend over a 5-year period.
- Global Life Sciences Company - Developed a 5-year strategic roadmap to transform the facilities mgmt. function from the current in-house task manager model to a 2nd generation strategist model with IFM to reduce annual facilities spend by 20% while identifying an opportunity to eliminate 12% in redundant facilities management resources.
- Global Financial Services Company - Leveraged remote work and effective space planning to develop a strategy to consolidate over 3,000 employees across 4 NYC metro locations into a single building providing an improved location in Manhattan while saving $30M in annual real estate lease costs.
