Samuel Whitehouse

Samuel Whitehouse has 40 years’ experience in construction including as a Commercial Director in one of the leading UK construction firms and recently as the International Director of a leading international consultancy. He specialises in dispute management.

Mr. Whitehouse has extensive experience in the preparation, prosecution and settlement of major international infrastructure claims. His projects have included airports, bridge and highway construction, oil and gas projects, dams, hospitals, and educational facilities. He has also acted as a quantum expert.

Mr. Whitehouse has acted as the representative for contractors in a number of adjudications and at dispute boards worldwide. This has included the presentation of contractual and quantum matters to UK and international tribunals.

Mr. Whitehouse's recent overseas assignments include the Middle and Far East, Europe, North and sub- Saharan Africa, the Caribbean and Central and South America for a wide range of clients.

Mr. Whitehouse has written and presented a number of training courses on behalf of international contractors. He also has degrees in both Quantity Surveying and Law. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Quantity Surveyors.
