Toni Dyson

Toni Dyson is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting. Ms. Dyson is Head of Corporate Tax Reporting and Restructuring within European Tax Advisory and is based in London.

Ms. Dyson has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate tax reporting, financial accounting, consolidated group tax forecasting and complex transaction advisory in the U.K. and Ireland.

Clients of Ms. Dyson include FTSE 100 companies and U.K. and Ireland subsidiaries of reporting U.S. listed companies. Ms. Dyson’s expertise also includes management of the tax implications relating to U.S. companies with U.K. and Ireland subsidiaries and managing HMRC audits and inspections for her clients. Ms. Dyson joined FTI Consulting with its acquisition of substantially all of LECG’s European operations, where she was the leader of the Corporate Tax Reporting team within the European Tax group. Before that, she was a partner in the specialist tax consulting firm, Bourne Business Consulting LLP, advising a range of clients on all taxation matters. Prior to that, Ms. Dyson worked for Arthur Andersen before moving on to set up her own practice providing outsourced support and assistance to in house tax departments.

Ms. Dyson holds a B.Sc. degree in chemistry from the University of East Anglia and is a Chartered Accountant. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax.
