Victor Ageev

Victor Ageev has extensive experience in the construction, mining, and oil and gas industries, during which he has assisted in dispute resolution proceedings, claims preparation and defence, commercial management, and project controls.

Victor’s consulting experience spans a wide range of markets including Australia, the Philippines, and South Korea. Victor has consulted in a variety of sectors and project types, including mining construction, balanced machines, subsea structures, rail, commercial construction, power generation, and oil & gas. 

Victor specialises in formal dispute resolution and has assisted in the preparation of numerous expert reports for arbitration and litigation. The services Victor provides also include responses to expert reports, as well as preparing expert reports for and defending claims made under Security of Payment legislation. In addition, Victor is experienced in providing aid to clients in the preparation or defence of contractual claims for variations and for extensions of time.
