FTI Consulting’s inaugural Human Capital Report outlines our progress in five key areas: Culture; Stakeholder Engagement; Talent Development; Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging; and Corporate Citizenship and Sustainability.
In this report, we publicly disclose new data on our employees’ gender and ethnicity and the firm’s environmental impact. The report also provides key highlights, metrics and goals across the five key areas listed above and includes stories on how we came together as a firm during an unprecedented and challenging year to drive meaningful change – from the COVID-19 pandemic to societal unrest.
