We carry out Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) to summarise the current situation of a business, but also importantly to outline the outlook and options going forward. Depending on the situation, our IBR will be focused on the financial, commercial, or operational performance of a business.

These steps will ultimately bring greater control, improve financial performance, and provide a sound business plan for the future. We go beyond providing analysis and advice, and also help the client and stakeholders involved with the execution.

The analysis is then followed by swift execution, and we leverage our significant experience to support the client to make the right choices and get things done.

Our CRO partners benefit from years of management experience, and are able to step into interim management roles seamlessly, supporting clients in managing their turnaround. We take a hands-on, pragmatic approach, and initiate and lead improvement and restructuring plans.

Through our financial restructuring services, we focus on both the debt and equity position of our clients’ balance sheet. Financial covenants within the debt package may be breached, requiring waivers or material amendments. At the same time, the overall debt financing structure may not be sustainable going forward, requiring shareholders and banks to decide whether to step up to the plate.

Our team is highly experienced in assisting clients in restructuring their capital position. Supported by our data-driven approach and focus on stakeholder alignment, we have a proven track record of negotiating new term and conditions with banks and other debt providers, as well as securing the right commitment from shareholders.
