Our Role
- FTI Consulting’s national security investigators with experience in nation-state espionage leveraged knowledge of foreign nations to find evidence of unauthorized access and external transfers of data.
- Our experts’ findings supported security and contractual violations by the suspected employee, legally justifying termination and setting the foundation for future legal action by the company.
- The team created a forensically sound copy of the evidence and the employee’s digital footprint, allowing data to be preserved, should it be needed for future litigation.
- FTI Consulting also enabled discussions with legal counsel, federal law enforcement and intelligence partners to assist with the investigation process.
