After a career start at Nestle in manufacturing and supply chain, Arnaud worked in different consulting boutiques specializing in performance improvement before joining Alvarez & Marsal as a director in the private equity performance improvement European practice. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Arnaud worked as a freelance consultant and interim manager for C-suite clients of corporates and private equity-owned companies.
