Bob Pepper

Bob Pepper has a proven record of orchestrating and executing complex business transformation initiatives, including pre- and post-close M&A planning and integration, customer relationship management (“CRM”) solutions, business development, business process innovation and more. Mr. Pepper is adept at developing comprehensive plans and executing them with precision to realize synergies and accelerate value. He is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes, cultivating collaborative partnerships and empowering teams through strategic leadership.

Mr. Pepper has 30 years of telecommunications experience and has led planning and execution to support some of the most notable merger integrations in the industry. He specializes in commercial and operational due diligence, pre-close planning and post-close integration delivery, identification and delivery of synergies, organizational design and pre- and post-integration operating model development. Mr. Pepper also has experience in functional integration management, including marketing, product, sales, operations, finance and other areas.

Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Pepper was Vice President of Enterprise Services and Strategic Planning with Spectrum Enterprise. In this role, he led the enterprise business unit integration planning and the integration management office (“IMO”), supporting the Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks mergers. He also led a team responsible for enterprise scope of 11 additional acquisitions. Preceding this role, he spent time at Level 3 Communications, where he supported numerous acquisitions, product development, sales enablement and business transformation initiatives, including the implementation of a new CRM system.
