About Daniel
Daniel O’Brien specializes in providing restructuring services to corporate debtors, lenders, federal and municipal governments, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders and court appointed officers in the U.S and internationally in in-court and out-of-court situations. Mr. O’Brien has more than 35 years of experience in providing business recovery and insolvency services, dispute consulting, litigation support and strategic appraisal and policy advice services. He has industry expertise in retail and consumer products, healthcare, energy and telecommunications among other areas.
Mr. O’Brien’s responsibilities have included providing financial advisory services and interim management services in Chapter 11 and out-of-court proceedings, preparing financial projections, cash flow forecasts, debtor-in-possession financing budgeting and monitoring, liquidation analyses, waterfall analyses, business plan and turnaround plan preparation and reviews, working capital management reviews, plan of reorganization and disclosure statement development and bankruptcy administration.
