Gary Richardson

Gary Richardson is the Vice President of Finance Transformation in the FTI Consulting Corporate Infrastructure group. Mr. Richardson has held roles previously in the company as Managing Director of Corporate FP&A and as CFO of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Richardson has more than 20 years of experience in restructuring global finance and accounting organizations with extensive experience in accounting, FP&A, and international operations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting in 2008, Mr. Richardson served as the Global Finance Director for JDS Uniphase (currently Viavi Solutions) managing the Global Sales Finance organization covering the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regions.

Previous experience includes serving as the EMEA CEO/CFO for the Test & Measurement segment of JDS Uniphase, leading a major accounting reorganization of that region, and as Manager of FP&A. Mr. Richardson began his career as a Pricing and Performance Analyst at Lockheed Martin.

Mr. Richardson earned his B.S. in Business Management and Accounting and his M.B.A. in Corporate Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Maryland.
