Melanie Dambre develops and implements best-in-class cross-border investor relations programs for a large variety of U.S.-based and non-U.S. based public companies. She also supports clients with strategic, communications and research-driven counsel on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, business transformations, proxy fights, ESG strategies and restructuring activities. She has worked with a range of industry-leading companies in the retail, technology, industrials and energy sectors.
Ms. Dambre has represented companies such as McCormick, Monro, Cree, The Stars Group, Superior Industries, Cincinnati Bell, Hanesbrands, Cnova, OpenText, Dassault Systemes and Wendel. She has worked on multiple M&A deals, including the proposed $66 billion Monsanto-Bayer merger, and Cincinnati Bell’s acquisition of Hawaiian Telcom and OnX for $850 million.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Dambre worked as an internal auditor for L'Oréal, where she carried out a variety of audit assignments in France and in subsidiaries abroad.
Ms. Dambre graduated with a M.Sc. in Management from HEC Paris, where she specialized in the luxury business. She also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science and holds a CEMS Master in International Management (CEMS MIM). She earned the Investor Relations Charter (IRC®) from the National Investor Relations Institute and received a Certificate in Investor Relations from New York University School of Professional Studies. She is a native French speaker and is also proficient in German.
