Ryan Holmes has over 20 years’ experience of leading large and complex local and international transformational engagements across UK, US, Europe and the Middle East for local and international organisations.
Ryan is a seasoned transformation expert, with deep experience across the entire transformation lifecycle and a proven track record of designing and delivering value based transformational outcomes for clients across the UK, US, Europe, and the Middle East. Ryan spent 17 years with Accenture and 5 Years with EY, before joining FTI Consulting, in a number of different leadership roles focused on shaping and delivering large transformational and change programmes, often driven by digital and technology investments, for Energy & Natural Resources Clients and Governments.
Ryan frequently operates in divestment and acquisition scenarios including the provision of due diligence, business plan reviews and Day 1 readiness during pre-transaction. Post transaction, Ryan works with Executive Management teams to develop corporate strategies, strategic business plans, operating model designs and transformation programmes to deliver returns that meet shareholders’ expectations.
Ryan is very experienced in working with clients who need to turn Business Plans and Corporate Strategies into achievable operational plans driving People, Process, Systems and Data change across their organizations.
Similarly, Ryan services are often deployed to assess and drive out Process Efficiency opportunities and Cost Optimisation across existing Business Models and Portfolios. His hands on experience delivery large and complex digital and technology led charge programs enables him to assess and outline tangible achievable initiatives to deliver value led transformational change.
