M&A Survey: Human Capital in the Technology Sector
FTI Consulting’s Technology practice published insights on Technology Sector M&A Human Capital based on input from surveying over 80 executives in the space, including human resources, corporate development and M&A leaders.
Most people believed that the rates of M&A failure were still high and that the ability to align cultures was the most important measure of success for HR M&A. Many also stated that their company did not have a specific approach to integrating culture in a deal for reasons concerning a lack of leadership support and internal resources.
