Managing Director
FTI Consulting Health Solutions
Maura Conway is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting in the Health Solutions practice focusing on Revenue Cycle assessment and implementation. Ms. Conway has 15 years of healthcare experience working with a variety of entities including academic medical centers, children’s hospitals, healthcare systems, post-acute care organizations, and long term acute care facilities. Her expertise within Revenue Cycle includes patient access and pre-arrival re-design, denials management, accounts receivable (AR) strategy, technology optimization, and case management. In her recent project work, Ms. Conway has designed and implemented pre-arrival financial clearance centers, optimized Epic functionalities, implemented comprehensive denials management programs, and assisted with vendor selection and implementation of third party software. Ms. Conway holds a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. from Georgetown University.

Seth Haas is a director in FTI’s Health Solutions practice. Mr. Haas has over a decade of consulting and engagement management experience in the healthcare industry. Through a diverse portfolio of projects, he has developed comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle operations, practice management, health information management systems, and performance data analytics. Mr. Haas has delivered solutions that are grounded in best-practice program management methodologies and that focus on cross-competency planning, strategic communications, effective resource management, and organizational change management. Within revenue cycle, he has extensive experience in Patient Access Services. His engagements include initiatives such as process flow optimization, staffing analysis, and training/education for both staff and management with a focus of enhancing current financial performance and developing stronger business acumen within the revenue cycle team. Additionally, he has managed the design of large-scale projects including IT system enhancements that align with operational process. Mr. Haas holds a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.
