Alexander Budilkin

Alexander Budilkin specializes in commercial and digital transformation strategies, go-to-market and technology roadmaps for Telecom, Media and Technology ("TMT") companies. Mr. Budilkin has 10 years of strategic consulting experience and has worked with major TMT firms in the Middle East and Africa.

Mr. Budilkin has extensive advisory experience in a wide variety of topics, including media and content, emerging technologies (IoT, AI, robotics) and network infrastructure (5G, edge computing, fiber). He advised some of the leading telecom companies and government authorities on the development of their corporate and national strategies.

Mr. Budilkin was part of the Technology practice at Delta Partners, a TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique firm, now integrated into FTI Consulting's TMT practice. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Budilkin worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Moscow, in the TMT practice of Strategy & Operations services.
