Amy Palladino is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in New York. She is a member of the People & Change practice within the Strategic Communications segment. Ms. Palladino has over 20 years of experience in advising C-suite executives on navigating large-scale business transformations in a way that sets the course for continued employee productivity. She has advised clients in numerous industries, including retail and consumer products, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions and education.

Some of Ms. Palladino’s previous clients have included global companies such as Best Buy, Heineken, IKEA, Intel, Kodak, Nokia, Pearson and Philips. She has counseled clients as they implement new organizational structures, navigate business acquisitions and divestitures, re-position themselves against new competitive threats, develop and deploy employee value propositions, renew corporate culture and consolidate or relocate offices.

Ms. Palladino previously ran her own strategic communications and change management consultancy, guiding clients including Pearson Education, Omnicom and Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals through strategic business evolutions. Prior to consulting, Ms. Palladino was Senior Director of Corporate Communications for Heineken. In addition to overseeing brand, distributor and internal communications for the world’s second-largest brewer, she provided counsel to C-suite executives through a CEO transition, a sales force reorganization and a headquarter office consolidation.

Before that, Ms. Palladino held leadership positions within Omnicom’s and WPP’s agency networks, including roles at Ketchum and Cohn & Wolfe, where she orchestrated large, multi-geography teams charged with reputation management and brand building on behalf of Philips, IKEA, Kodak, Nokia, Bank of America and Intel.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Palladino served as Communications Director at Teach For America during a time of extraordinary growth for the organization. There, she transformed the organization's communications strategy from events-driven to issues-centric, by positioning the organization’s founder as a leader in education reform, national service and non-profit management.

Ms. Palladino holds a B.S. in Public Communication from Cornell University.
