Bruce Graham is a Managing Director in FTI Consulting’s Trial Services practice within the Forensic & Litigation segment based in Los Angeles. Mr. Graham leads graphics and technology support teams on high-profile litigation in state and federal courts nationwide.
Mr. Graham works closely with trial teams to develop communication strategies for complex subject matter in easy to follow visual narratives. Using a variety of demonstrative media, including video, animation, and illustration, he works with experts and attorneys creating compelling demonstrative visuals for testimony and argument.
Mr. Graham further offers expertise in trial technology solutions, including trial database creation, hot seating and customized audio-visual presentation systems.
Mr. Graham has assisted attorneys in hearings, research exercises, trials, and arbitrations in various capacities in venues throughout the United States for over 30 years. He has supported teams on multidistrict pharmaceutical matters, including Diet Drug, Vioxx, Lipitor, Xarelto, Hormone Therapy, Testosterone and Flouroquinolone.
Mr. Graham has worked on several high-profile toxic tort and groundwater cases, including talc, asbestos, MTBE, PFOA/PFAS, and hexavalent chromium. He has supported trial teams on intellectual property cases for Microsoft, Western Digital, Huaweii, Hewlett Packard, and others. He has worked on medical/biotechnology patent (including ANDA) matters, including spine prostheses, glaucoma stents, phage display, and pharmaceutical products.
Mr. Graham has worked on professional and product liability trials in the recreational and commercial diving industry, including work for Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), Zeagle, U.S. Divers/Aqua Lung, Body Glove, and Kirby Morgan.
When not in trial, Mr. Graham enjoys spending time with his family, the fresh air of the mountains, fly fishing, cycling, and gardening.
